Hi Please help,

I been living in the UK for 7+ years now and wonder whether I can apply for ILR.

I got married to a French girl on 22 September 2004

We got divorced on 30 July 2007

Just before we go divorced I applied for a works permit which I received on 3 May 2007

I'm currently still living in the UK
