Hi,
Once tier 1 (general) approved, In how many months i can send passport for visa stamping.

You should send your passport along with your tier 1 (general) application.

Sorry,I meant once i got the approval letter for tier 1 (general) how long i have to stamp the visa. Is it 3 months or 6 months.

There is no approval letter being issued now. You would have to apply for approval and visa at the same time.
