Hi,
My salary is 38k per annum, after my shift allowance and some over time it comes up to 56k per annum. am I still eligible to claim points between 50,000 and 59,999.

Yes you can calim the points if you can show proof/ evidence from 2different sources for the earnings..

And also if your current visa allows you to work..(like Tier2(G) Visa has some limitations.. )
