You're a new member and a new poster and therefore I think it's very rude for you to come into this topic when you haven't contributed anywhere near as much as Kiwigirl and try and suggest that she's not welcome here. Also furthermore she's not a disease and therefore words such as 'contamination' are hugely offensive.

Yes this thread is titled for 10 long residence set O applications...which is why the List only includes applicants who apply under this category and not other members such as Kiwigirl who are under another category. However this is a PUBLIC forum everyone has the right to read and post comments in ANY open thread in this website. Nobody is in a position to tell people that they are not welcome except a moderator.

Kiwigirl has been very supportive and helpful for several weeks and contributed so much to this thread therefore I think it's hugely disrespectful for new members who have barely made any contribution to this thread and aren't even on the list yet to suggest that she shouldn't be posting here.

If people want to argue why don't you take it to PM and not on this thread.

Kiwi girl and procrastinators comments ruffled some feathers and she has apolosiged for this. Therefore, I think it is wrong for other member to continue the argument any further in what I can only describe as bullying. At the end of the day we are ALL immigrants irrespective of our category. I think it's high time people remember that.

If anyone wants to retailate to my post and 'attack me' for my comments then do so by PM and not on this board because this thread is a place for SUPPORT....however don't expect a response, i have better things to do than argue.

I can make any critisism I deem to be right to make, it is my right to be abe to critisice...

You dont have any right to tell me whether I should write things via PM or not...you are not a Moderator...if you didnt like my post, then why didnt you write things to me via PM yourselve....

I want to go a step further and thank all members on this thread as everyone here has contributed, in their own special way, in providing information and support therefore contributed to the overall progress of this thread.

Please keep up the good work as we all need moral support of each other while we wait, sometimes for months, to hear from the UKBA about our pending ILR applications.

I only like to share my views and exchange information with sensible people like Kiwigirl25 and NoWayOut and of course some old users who applied in July/August/September last year and have got their ILRs now...

I agree with NoWayOut, Kiwigirl25 is very supportive. She is even apologetic for all that unfortunately happened today. I don't think kiwigirl25 is responsible for all these arguments. This forum was really cool when we had very decent users here but sadly they all gone.

These new users are just waste of time really... they have no respect for others... that's a shame... they spent whole day today on arguing and fighting with others... trying to prove they are the only ones who got the right to live in this country.

Some people just don't get the hint, do they? Since you don't seem to be getting the hint, let me now plainly spell it out for you....your inflamatory/provocative statements are having a disruptive effect on this thread and you may not be exactly welcome on this thread anymore.

You are the one who started the whole controversy yesterday by your overbearing attitude.

All you are doing is coming to this thread, deliberately making provocative/controversial statements to incite others to retaliate and, time and again, derailing this thread i.e. coming, making a provocative statement then leaving (shoot and scoot tactics) and then coming back yet again to do exactly the same thing all over again the next day.

It is obvious now you have no intention of engaging in any constructive discussion on this thread.

And if you feel so strongly about users on this thread (you are also incidentally trying to create a wedge between various users on this thread by deliberately trying to talk of 'old users and 'new users' on this thread) that you have to come here and use abusive language against some users of this thread then what's preventing you from starting your own thread?

If you feel so strongly that you have to stoop to a level of getting abusive and finger pointing at various members on this thread then just don't post on this thread. Simple. End of story.

Don't see why all of the sudden people have got it in for Foxy. He was only trying to calm things here and I personally don't think they were trying to stir up the argument further. That most certainly wasn't their intention.
