TIER 2 PROCESSING TIME

Post by timbob » Thu May 06, 2010 1:49 pm

Is there anyone who received their documents and decision letter within the four weeks proceesing time.

It's been exactly four weeks since my application was received by HO and I'm yet to receive the feedback. I did my biometrics 15 days ago. Applied on 3rd April 2010, documents delivered to HO on 7th April 2010. Biometrics done on 21 April 2010.

Hi. i am exactly in the same situation. i applied on 2-04-2010 and gave my Biometrics on 21-04-2010 and still waiting!!

3 of my friends got their Tier 2 visa approved within 13-17 working days starting from the day they enrolled their Biometrics. so we can expect our visas between 10th and 14th this month. that is just my opinion though!!

Good Luck and keep us updated. Cheers.

Most importantly, which country and post are you applying through?

Thanks Arjun and Vanadil for your contributions.
I also applied from within the UK (switching from post study work).

Keep us updated here. I'll also post any new developments.

Hopefully, the reply will come next week.

I hope it works out well for everyone.

Cheers!

Applied on 15th April
Bio Metrics on 29th April

So far I haven't got any reply.

When will they send the ICFN card?

Also, Is there any difference between giving bio-metrics
at Post office and Home office?

Coz I gave Bio-metrics at the Post Office. Will it affect the processing time?

Thank you
