A premium number usually has 084 headings... if I'm not mistaken. That number is the standard number (real number) of the Liverpool HO number, so depending on where you are and your phone plan, you'd be charged the standard rate.

01516725626 is a standard geographical number. Calls are at normal national rate, or free if such calls are part of your plan.
