According to rules ILE=ILR. The expiry date is there because the computer systems in british posts cant print a visa without an expiry date. If you change your passport in future and apply to transfer ILE sticker to your new passport, you will automatically receive ILR sticker with no expiry date.maxiy wrote:Dear mrlookforward,
Thank you for your detailed reply.
I think from your Advice that It will be far better to invest in KOL test in order to avoid the future changes in the laws.
I have found this link below :
http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/ecg/ecbasi ... y#12426421
Which mention that the ILE have no expire date expect your passport expire date.
Thank you again
I will keep you posted about the whole process.
I don't believe any of the courses offered in Egypt will meet this requirement..maxiy wrote:Another Issue :
As I know that I will need to have the "ESOL test"
Can I take this Exam out of the UK in Egypt or no.
As in Egypt the British Council Issue a Similar coureses which is :
There are 5 different levels so everyone can find an examination to match their ability:
• Preliminary Key English Test (KET)
• Intermediate Preliminary English Test (PET)
• Pre-Advanced First Certificate in English (FCE)
• Advanced Certificate in Advanced English (CAE)
• Post-advanced Certificate in Proficiency of English (CPE)
But Don't know which one I should take.
Otherwise I will take it in the UK.
