Documents with Application !!!

Hi,

I am applying for Residence Card (EEA2 Application). I am attaching the following documents with the Application:-Marriage Certificate, Residence Permit of Czech Republic, My Passport, One latest Pay Slip, My Spouse's Residence permit of Uk, Id Card and one Pay slip. I dont have any utility bill on my name since all utility bills are paid by the agency. So request you to tell me if I need to attach any other document with my application.
and I dont have big balance to show in my account.

I applied for my EEA2 in 2008 and only included the documents listed on page 13 of the application form.

1. Passport Photos,
2. My Current Passport
3. EEA Family Member passport
4. Prove of my employment, i.e. employment contract, 1 wage slip.

Do add your proof of address in form of bills, bank statements, tenancy agreements

You can include your bank statement, that's your proof of address.
