Please confirm me if the form from http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/resources/en/ ... 03073/vaf9 is the latest Vaf9 form.

The date mentioned on the form is (VAF9 MAR 2009), hence the doubt.

Yes that is the correct form. Only the appendix 1 changed after 6th April 2010.
