Post by vegeta_2009 » Tue Jun 22, 2010 6:22 pm

hi guys,

i am at my wits ends here, i applied for retention of rights 8 weeks and i still havent received a COA, everytime i call them they tell me it is in the pre-check process i.e. mail room!

what are my options here, can i ask for my documents back and apply using a solicitor or where do i complain~?

I think you would be totally justified in contacting your MP, to chase the Home Office on your behalf.

you may also raise a complain through the north west CSU and send a copy with a letter to your MP
