Hi, thanks for reading this.

I was granted asylum in 2008 and was given 5 yrs leave to remain. I got married 2 months ago to a British national.

Could you please advise what is best for me to get ILR quickest. To wait until my 5 years is up or swithch to a partner or marriage visa and then apply for ILR after a while.

I would say .... use form FLR(M) to switch to a 2-year spouse visa.
