Tier-1 dependent

Helo, if Tier-1 dependent is studying full time, how many hours he/she can work, is it resticted to 20 hours or not?

If the person is in UK on a leave to enter/remain as dependent of Tier 1 migrant, then there is no restriction on working hours (even if the person in question is studying full time).

Yes, there would be no restriction.

The restrictions are according to the type of visa you are on.
