EEA family permit - documents

hello,
I just need some help with procedure for EEA FP - im from Poland living for 6 years in UK and my husband is from India, he was living in UK for 5 years until his visa got expired. We applied for visa(EEA FP) but it was refused for some reasons. We are planning to apply again, just need some advices:
- the covering letter/sponosorhip letter do i have to get it signed by solicitor?
- bank statement- does it have to be for 6 months?
- what other documents i can attach which will help with visa?

Well they said that our marriage certificate is not genue...but i took care of that already, im just wondering what is the next step if this time they will reject again?

No its not im from EU and my husband is from India but like i mentioned before certificate is sorted now
