EEA2 - Comprehensive Sickness Insurance

Many people are confused about comprehensive sickness insurance.
We are married in UK.
My EEU wife is self employed from 5 months in UK she got NHS card.
I am non-eeu and tire-4 student in UK and got NHS card.
I am going to apply EEA2.
Shall any one of us need (comprehensive sickness insurance)
Plz suggest???

If she is working, none of you need any insurance....

First of all dont even need to think about what u do and what you have...

She must be employed or self-employed.... OR if she is only student or self-sufficient then both of you WOULD need CSI...

So my advice even if she study or she has alot of money.... dont even use that option... CSI is headache..... Self-employment is the best option. And if she has one tax statement that would do all the job....

No need for that insurance, because the EEA citizen is exercising Treaty Rights as a self-employed person.

What the non-EEA person is doing, if anything, is irrelevant in this context.

Yes nothing to do with Non-EU status
But it is to do with both if ur wife would not be working or Self-employed....
