hi,
i came here in 2003 on business tour , got married in 2003 with british wife , apply visa form FLR(M) refusal saying go back and apply from home country . did appeal then August 2008 we received one form" Marriage Questioner "from them , we filled the form & we send all the evidence , bills , photos , everything to them , another letter in September 2009 saying that we did not paid the fees last time in 2008 & then in Sept 2009 again we fill the form FLR(M) & we attach fees & everything together . i asked my solicitors whats going on then his assistant said don't wait for biometrics , because they changed our form FLR(M) to FLR(O). he said because they think because its nearly seven years thats why i got more chance to get visa with FLR(O) .my wife is British & doing job & we are not taking any benefits & from 7 year we are living together with our 5 year old son ....IF I GO BACK NOW , THEN WHO IS GOING TO LOOK AFTER MY SON WHILE MY WIFE AT WORK ?
