Are Uk Citizen allowed to work in scandinavian countried including Norway and Sweden?

Yes, Sweden is EU, Norway is EFTA but abides by EU rights of movement. But why? Salaries there are't that high and taxes are an absolute killer...

EFTA? Surely that was replaced years ago by the EEA?

Either way, gainvidya, you have a rights to exercise Treaty Rights to live and work any any Scandinavian country.

The main point, as said earlier, gainvidya, you have a right to exercise Treaty Rights to live and work in any Scandinavian country.
Directive 2004/38/EC applies to all EEA countries. it is not limited to the EU.

Technically the EFTA members, except for Switzerland, are also members of the European Economic Area (EEA). So Norway is both EFTA and EEA
