Can i get USA B1 stamped when tier one is valid?

Can i get USA B1 stamped when tier one is valid?

Hello,

I have tier one stamped on my passport from 16 SEP 2010 for 2 years. Now my company is sending me to USA on B1 Visa for 15 days. I don't have B1 Visa and i need to get it stamped. I will be travelling to USA for about 15 days in September. I plan to come back and immediately fly to UK.

Will there be any problem during my UK visit ? as in at immigration or some rules with tier one?

Tier 1 leave to enter/remain doesn't stop you from applying for visas to other countries (for personal and/or business reasons) and travelling to those countries.
