hi everyone,

I'm in the same situation as ld10.

I'm spouse of EEA national applied for EEA2 6 weeks ago,I recieved COA

and its dosent say that i can work or any of my rights.

I am non-eea married to french citizen, she is working in UK, We have a baby who is born in uk.

Is home office right to not state any of my rights in COA? Where i can find my rights and what should i do in this situation?

Thank you for advice!

Write them letter,in which tell them that you received incomplete COA and ask for normal one on 2 pages.
