comprehensive sickness insurance

hello there
just looking for help and any information i can get
my friend just got respond from the home office asking him for comprehensive sickness insurance 2007/2008 when he`s ex wife been study that time
now the home office is asking for comprehensive sickness insurance 2007 /2008 he dont have any midcal cover that period ,and can not proof it too
what can he do ?
and is there any thing he can do for this time 2008/2009
please can any one help as he got short time 14 days to answer the home office

Search this forum for other people's experience. No, you can't backdate an insurance.
