New Forms and Fees

In line with the new fees, we have published new versions of the following application forms and guidance:
NTL form and guide
TOC form and guide
Tier 5 (Temporary worker) form
PBS Dependant form
Tier 4 (Help text leaflet form) (G)

That was the one i saw and it is still saying to apply in person for settlement is Â£1095, so does that mean the price has not gone up to Â£1250 as they said? fingers crossed it does!!

Yes that seems to be the case. We have to go by the information HO provides and at the moment the fees for ILR per the document is Â£1,095.

- What about Tier 1 Dependents applying outside UK? Its not mentioned in the table.

Isn't the fee for the main applicant and the dependants the same when applied from outside UK?

Above referred doc says: Tier 1 (General, Investor or Entrepreneur) -

For example VFS India see provides this info on PBS (main applicant /dependant Fees

Points-based system Tier 1

Tier 1 general applicant - main applicant and dependants INR 51750

The fees for main applicant and its dependant (from outside UK) is still 690 (51750 INR).

But, the form for PBS dependant has some changes.
Do you have link for new PBS dependant form?

Dont think the dependant application form (VAF10) for out of UK applicants has changed, the feb 2010 version is still on their website.

But, the application for in-country dependant applicants has changed
