previous earnings question, please help

Post by cxrmike » Thu Oct 21, 2010 4:31 pm

out of 15 months, I need to show 12 months income. Does this 12 months need to be continuous or can it have any breaks in between.
For example -
aug 2009 - got paid,
Sept 2009 - got paid
oct 2009 - got paid
nov 2009 - got paid
dec 2009 - no pay
jan 2010 - got paid
feb 2010 - got paid

'
Oct 2010 - got paid

Since I didn't get paid in Dec 2009, can I use Sep 2009 pay?
Will that work ?
Please help

For 1 month, I got paid from 2 employers. Can I use both of them to claim points ? or should I use only one ?

The period you are claiming for your earnings should be a continous period of 12 months or less within the last 15 month from the date of your application but it is not mandatory that you should have worked for all those months that you are claiming for...please note that the claiming period cannot be separate groups of months within those 15 month period..It has to be CONSECUTIVE...

Also if you have the required documents then you can surely claim earnings from 2 employers within the same month...good luck!!

What do you mean by required document ?
I've paystubs from both the employers and I've bank statements which will prove that. Will that be enough ?
