housing allowance suspended

I would like to get some advice on housing benefit.
my housing allowance is recently suspended under regulation 11 (2)(a)(i).

i am indian passport holder , visa - eu family permit for five years

and my wife is polish .. she has been working here more than 1 years 6 months.

10 months as a self-employed (recently) & the rest was employed. And She is unemployed now for 1 month.

now housing officer wants to see that my wife has been working in uk continuously for 1 year either as a self-employed or as a employee & she also said they don't count mixed .

so would anyone please give me some advice what should we do now.

Can you say what regulations you are referring to?

Also, the employment, has your wife been registered on the WRS?

And are you working?
