oci registration form

I have completed online oci appl. form and then saved it and it generated an ID starting with GBR.... my computer was not connected to a printer. therefore instead of printing it, I tried to save the form in my folder. however couldn't do so. Is there anyway I can open the form again with the reference no. or do i need to complete the form again. please advice.

I have printed the form twice but I couldn't remeber how I did it. But I am sure after couple of days I printed the form again.

I need to know few things about the appl form.

1. It mentions that the photo has to be 51 x 51mm. However, the passport photo in Uk is normally 45 x 35mm. Is this photo acceptable?

2. It also mentions that two set of appl form with photo and original signature on both forms. Is that right?

3. Other than copy of surrender certifcate, British passport and appl form do I ned anything else? I mean photocopy of Indian passport etc.

I have submitted the photograph as per requirment so not sure the other size will do or not and also two sets of forms. I have taken the photo copy of Indian passport as well but the guy returned me that and only taken copy of surrender certificate and british passport.

I am using the same photo that I took for my British passport. That should do, wouldn't it?

Infact, British passport states "Photos must measure 45mm by 35mm". That is the photo size you get in this country. How did you manage to get a different size (51 x51mm)? Where?
