So my appt is tomorrow!! aaarrgh
and the fee has not gone up and the Set M Form has not changed.
Off to my midwife appt as I am 31 weeks pregnant this afternoon so guys I will let you know the outcome tomorrow afternoon/Friday and please G-d a good result!!

I've also noticed today that the fee seems to be the same online (£1095 as opposed to the new higher fee) and the form is still 07/2010 - what did you pay and is this the form you filled in?
