Entering UK - Help needed.

If any person wants to travel (first time to UK) after 1 years of VISA stamp (Tier 1 - Valid til Jan 2012)- does need to show again 2800 pounds bank balance for 3 months and 12 months salary slips( Latest )…at the time of arrival in UK?

any help is appreciated.

I got a offer from a UK firm and planning to travel in Dec 2010.
