hey there.
i got my 5 years resident since august 2007 , but me and my wife things is not getting well recentely,and we might divorce soon .
do i have to wait till my 5 years finishs then i can apply for my permnant resident or is that any new rules comes out or is about to come out so i can apply before thank you
