found a few errors in the application form after submitted

the birth year of my mother, i filled in as 1954, but it should be 1953;
where is this passport (expired one), i filled in as "expired", and i have no idea what I should fill in here, maybe "included"?
the problem is the form is submitted, how can I change the error?

I have to abolish the application and asked for a refund while filing a new application.
I've paid $2600 AUD already:(
hopefully to get half back asap!

Both errors appear minor & insignificant!!! I don't see any issue here!!
