First Entry to UK with Tier 1 visa - Please help

First Entry to UK with Tier 1 visa - Please help

My effective date on my tier 1 visa is April,2010, but I haven't had the chance to travel to UK yet. I plan to visit UK in two weeks, will I have any problem of entering UK ? Thanks in advance !
