Do we need to get a letter from to apply for HSMP extension?

Post by ugurevin » Fri Mar 19, 2004 6:13 pm

Hi,

I applied for HSMP last year via a representative in the UK. However, this year I am planning to apply for extension by myself. Do I need a letter from Home Office stating that I should apply for extension? Or can I apply for extension just 1 month before my current visa expires?

Regards,

Ugur,

You will not get a reminder from HO when your HSMP visa expires, the onus is upon you to make an 'in-time' application before your LTR expires
Where there is a will there is a way.
