Simple doubt on ILE/ILR !!!

Post by silverdiablo7 » Wed Dec 08, 2010 11:28 am

Sorry for troubling you guys, but I hope someone can help me on this as I'm stressed.

I got my spouse visa with an expiry date NOT matching my passports expiry date also with the lines 'Indefinite leave to enter the UK ' under Observations.

I have read in some places it says ILE = ILR.
Now Im wondering if I have to reapply for ILR or not be worried once my visa expiry is due or do i have to renew it soon because, the UKBA says not to apply 28 days before expiry.

Someone please be kind enough to help me on this matter.
Regards
