Final checklist for Tier1 Extension application + dependant

Hi Guys,
going to extend my Tier1(G) with dependant already in the UK..
I'm showing 9 months salary only to get the required points, so as to avoid issues in future..

I'm attaching..
1. uk ba calculator
2. cover letter
3. passport
4. Prev earnings - Orig payslips
5. Bank Statements - Original individual (monthly)
6. Maintenance - (same bank statements as above)
7. PBS Document
8. Photos ( 2 each)

For dependant
1. PBS D document
2. Marriage certificate
3. Council tax
4. Passport

Hope this is OK.. I'm not missing anything?

How about letter from company or
summary letter fromc ompany listing all salaries

Employer letter is NOT required, if you are sending original payslips.

Why Council Tax letter?

If you are extending Tier 1 G (Depenndant) then you don't need to send marriage certificate again, as you would have already provided it while applying initial leave of Tier 1`G (dependant).

council tax letter, so as to show we are staying together..

Not mandatory, but you can add for your satisfaction.
