When paid by DD there is no qus of charging as it is already a bankers cheque with confirmed payment only they have to deposit it DD received is money received so no need for them to wait for clearence .

dont worry all of will receive ref no till wednesday and if I am calculating correctly by 18 june we will have result in our hand.

Hi

Post by ukindia » Wed May 24, 2006 6:35 pm

I asked for the status yesterday and received reply from HSMP as follows

"Thank you for your email. The decision on your case has been made but
unfortunately due to security reasons I can't disclose the outcome via
email, please ring us on 0114 207 6020 or wait for the decision letter."

I am very much tense dont understand why so fast they decided? (8 days) I am bit scared to call them up I prefer waiting for the mail.

Any one can please help me on what are the chances of getting it approved as it is decided in one week time.

ukindia,

When I called on Thursday the 11 May they hadn't assigned me a caseworker. I waited until Monday the 15th May and was told that i had been assigned a casesworker and a decision was made on the 12th May. It was approved.

I do think it is possible to get an approval in such a short time (happened in my case), especially if your application is straightforward. From what they told me (I was ringing them every other day from the time they emailed me the reference number) that as soon as it gets to a caseworker the review process is very quick (2-3 days).

Best wishes.

All Right,

I haven't got an E mail as yet....Even i had mentioned my E mail ID on the HSMP form....Seems they don't send e mails on regular basis..
I had to call up to find out my Ref. NO...
On what basis they might be selecting to write e mails ???

Any insights??

It was my experience that they responded to emails on average 4 days after they were received.

I really think the best way to get in touch is to call them directly. They are extremely helpful and will look up where your application is in respect to review.

My recommendation is to call 01144 114 207 4074

best wishes
