Original Documents returned

Post by alfjo » Mon Jan 10, 2011 5:33 pm

Hello there,

Please help out here. I submitted (second times) EEA application for my cousin and the Originals of the supporting documents were returned a week before christmas without his passport neither any note.

Someone (a friend) told me that the RC must have been awarded that passport is on the way.

Can someone please advice on this issue please

I spent more than 3 hours contacting and could not get through to them but there is a voicemail that is referring me to go their website.

Have you their e-mail address please? or do you think I should send a letter by post?

Much appreciated
