Applicant's age for spouse visa

Can any one plz tell me if you appling for spouse visa and u age is just 3 month under 21 does it affect the case. Tnx

There is no leeway. Just wait the 3 months. I know it sucks but I'm afraid that rule is set in stone (for now).

You can make your application in my opinion but the date of travel or arrival in the UK must be on or after your 21st birthday. Therefore if a spouse visa application takes 14 weeks, nothing stops you from making your application now(12 weeks to your 21st birthday)

you are not under 21 at the date of arrival in the UK

I agree with HRY. Remember as well that as with any visa application, you can have the visa start date deferred for 3 months.
