Guys i need urgent help on Tier2

I am on PsW right now my Visa is finishing in july,my company still has to get COS....its Accounting job and is not in shortage list.

Is it that we have to show more then 33k for non shortage list for getting the COS....

So how long it takes....

and dont forget RLMT! its necessary for all non shortage posts, even though you are on psw IMO!

No, this strict salary requirements is only applicable if ur sponsor doesn't have any or ''0'' COS to assign and he/she requests for ''additional'' COS.
but if ur employer has available COS in sponsor's management system then ur application will be dealt with as normal.
