i have ILR and i am not interested in being naturalized ther is no restrictions from my country in holding double nationality it s just a personnal choice
i am planning to live in UK permanantly,

my questions :

is there any legal requirement which states that i have to be naturalized?

There is no legal requirement to take the nationality.

No one knows what is going to be the new rules until they release them.

As per current provision if you pay money ILR stamp can be transferred to new passport. If you wish to carry the old passport with your current ILR after getting new passport then no need to even get a ILR stamp in the new passport.
