Recvd Biometric letter for T1- does it mean visa is approved

Recvd Biometric letter for T1- does it mean visa is approved

I have just receive the letter for biometrics. Do they send the letter only if the application is successful?

When did you post your form? Applying within UK?

I think it is a general process to ask for Biometrics appointment now. It can not for sure mean that visa is granted.

Receiving a letter for biometrics enrolment is no indication of refusal /approval of an application.

receiving letter for biometrics just means they started ur document review.
It doesn't guarantee any success/failure

mate, can u plz put ur timeline also.. ie when u sent the documents and when u recieved the biometrics letter etc..

I have applied for dependent visa Tier 1 Migrant on 12th jan 2011. My status in the Vfs site is showing forwarded to BHC till date since 12th. Please someone let me know does that mean , its just forwarded or under process.

Its not changing, so am confused whether its not reviewed or its not updated.

Anyone got visa even though the site wasn't updated.

where did u get appointment?

Biometric verification I completed it when I submitted my documents on Jan 12th at VFS bangalore. I did everything the same. I did not receive any letter due to the completion of the same on the appointment day itself.
