Hi guys anyone have Number of Appeal implementation unit of UKBA

my Appeal has been granted in last november but by wht reason ukba hasnt call for Passport yet or they havnt wrote any latter to me as well

can anyone give me contact number or address of ukba......

I think Leeds unit is closed(not working any more).If you won Tier 1 General appeal than you will receive letter from Sheffield Unit.But its usually taking 4-6 weeks to get a call letter and in your case is it is taking too long.

I would suggest to call the HOPOU who dealt with your appeal and find out about your file.and than if they say yes they have forwarded your file to the appropriate section than call and asked Ukba.

I am also waiting for the call letter but my appeal was allowed last month.

I will again say that the appeals implementation unit in not operational any more.

Your appeal (Tier 1 General) was allowed so you need to contact Ukba Sheffield department for your visa endorsement.The address is

I agree with AUHS, unless they have reinstated the appeals implementation unit in the last 6 months, I don't believe that it exists anymore in a central capacity. If an appeal is allowed you write to the dept dealing with your case as AUHS has advised.

Shahzad the contact details that you posted were for the Presenting Officers Unit who present the appeals. This is different from the Appeals Implementation Unit which used to be based in Leeds and was the main contact point after an appeal was allowed.

Dear Shahzad

Read all the forum carefully including Tier 1 General/PSW/EEA/Tier 4 and you will know that every body is receiving their call letters from appropriate sections.For example Tier1(General+PSW) from Sheffield.EEA from Liverpool.

That was closed early last year after finishing the back log.I am calling my self every day to the Ukba presenting officer unit regarding my call letter and they are advising me to contact Sheffield and NOT Leeds.

And also you are providing various home office presenting officers unit(HOPOU) contact details who are representing UKBA in courts only.They have nothing to do with Leeds section.While this person was asking for Leeds office contact details.
