can anyone share true experiences plzzz.

if somebody wins hearing and judge allows appeal what are the chances that home office can appeal against us?????

what in percentage do homeoffice appeal again????

If the court grants right to appeal and UKBA believes that they have legal basis to contest the judgement, they may use the option!

Depends on the case and the evidence(s), but since both you and your friend have been accused of deception I believe UKBA will do all it can to prove that the decision(s) were correct (i.e.- applicants used deception) in each of the appeal hearings ... unless you two can provide concrete evidence of "no wrongdoings" at your appeals respectively.
