Reconsideration time limit

Hi all,
just wondering if anyone has a clue how long the homeoffice would take to reconsider a case under art.8 after withdrawing the original decision of refusal when threatened with Judicial review. I've been waiting for 15mnths now.

Any contributions and ideas are highly appreciated.

I think HO is just ignoring you.I recommend you speak to a solicitor.I have heard people on this forum who got their solicitor involved who threathen HO to take them to high court, within 14 days he got a response I think.
