How long can I stay?

Have you been given the right to appeal further? If so, then you should exit UK within 28 days of the date given by which you must submit further appeal. If you have not been given a right to appeal, then 28 days from the date of appeal refusal.

If you overstay any longer than 28 days (from either dates, as explained above), it may affect any future entry clearance application(s).

how about if you have been given right to appeal and you lodge the appeal and 28 days pass and you still have time for the appeal and you decide to leave in between?

that will give you extra time but need to check with moderator if that will not effect your future entry clearance....
