What did you produce to score points in English language attribute when you applied for initial Tier1 visa?

Don,t panic mate.until now we got positive response from the home office about extensions. Most probably extensions will be allowed under the same criteria when your initial application was approved.

Also we can not change/fight with our fare so relax and wait for the announcement from Ukba. Hopefully it will be good news.

Sushil is also saying that the peoples already on Tier 1 and those who will get Tier 1 before the scheme ends , probably there will be no problem for them and they will be allowed to extend even after scheme is closed.

Its very unlikely that FLRs will be impacted by the new regulations and its quite obvious that FLR's shouldn't be impacted at all as there is just no genuine reason. If this is the case, a good percentage of working population will be thrown out of the country..There's nothing to wait until April 2011 as the new regulations has already been released couple of months back, please read that and save such silly panics..

Going by your query and answer the question as it was asked, YES you have to go back to your home country and start over all again if extensions are retrospectively cancelled.

Let me know if you have any options otherwise.
