tier 1 general 4 months

hello frens.. its almost 4 months that i send my visa for tier 1 general.
i havent got ny news from HO. what shall i do now? am really worried. my visa expires in june 2011.
i will appreciate your help.

Hi Dreamer86,

I understand the reply to your application is way too delayed.
But as you have applied for your visa way to before your current visa expiring, it doesn't matter, you must keep the acknowledge letter from the embassy that you got during your application.

Which means you are legal to stay in the country even though your current leave to remain expires.

So stay chilled and do not panic.

P.S. You need to check or may be draft an email to the concerned Visa department in regards to the delay for your visa application.

thks for reply. am always positive. but sometimes dreams becomes upside down. what to do if i got reject. as you know that after 5th april 2011 we can't apply. is there any way?
definitely i'll contact them.

Similar case here. Applied 14 weeks ago. Still waiting.

It's so annoying when they can't give an update

Same satuation here .I applied 24 of November but still no response.Previous week I phoned them ,thay advise me to ring them back after completion of 4 weeks which should be this wednesday.Let see what they say.
