Can i include Non UK earnings at Tier 1 extension

Post by MOGA84 » Sat Mar 26, 2011 9:50 pm

Hi,
I'm Holding Tier 1 general visa, working in IT and have the opportunity to get monthly basis salary for working as support engineer for my x-company which is based outside UK.
So i'm wondering is it allowed to include Non-UK earning to claim more earnings points when applying for extension ?
and if "Yes", what is the documents required as a proof of Non-UK earnings?
Also Do i have to pay taxes for Non-UK earnings to be able to claim extra points ?

I don't think you can, mainly because you are not paying any tax with that income to UK government. Correct me if I am wrong.
