UKBA FILE MIXED UP.

Post by phaneefs » Wed Apr 06, 2011 1:52 pm

HI!

I am herein the UK from about seven years. I applied on Human Rights Article 8 in the year of 2004.
I requested for my Home office FILE to DPU of UKBA . When I received my file from UKBA, I surprised that UKBA mixed up my details with other applicant's application in 2004. There no details of my application. Could anybody help me what shall I do?????

Thanks,

You could, perhaps, try to seek an independent review by writing to:

The Deputy Director
UK Border Agency
11th Floor, Lunar House
40 Wellesley Road
Croydon
CR9 2BY

and if still not satisfied with the outcome, you could write to 'Information Commissioner's Office' to review the matter.

Hope this helps.

Hi Aman5!

Thanks for your reply.

I wrote them about two months ago but I haven't heard from them.
Any suggestions please .
