ILR quick question

now my husband has his ILR when he is filling in forms and they ask the question ARE YOU SUBJECT TO IMMIGRATION CONTROL does he still need to say yes?

Section 115 sub-section 9 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 defines "a person subject to immigration control".

By that definition, your husband is not subject to immigration control.
