March 2006 applicant (Still waiting for decision)

Post by Pk_Nadeem » Fri Jun 23, 2006 2:34 pm

Hi everyone,

Application sent by DHL: 1 April, 2006
HO received: 3 April, 2006
CC charged: 07 April, 2006
Case worker assign: 27 April, 2006

Still waiting for decision. I am calling up daily to HO, they always says that

"There is verification check on my file, HO sent supporting documents to Islamabad for verificaion. When BHC Islamabad will sent documents back then they will able to take decision"

3 months have been passed but still there is verification check on my file. Dear Senior members, Please let me know why BHC Islamabad is not sending my documents back to HO after verificaion. Why they are taking time.

Waiting for kind reply,

Best Regards,

Nadeem

Some appications could take 6 months. THe verifications could means all documents you submitted. For Instance, you submitted 3 Work experience letter it coud happen that all of those are verified.

>>Thank you for your enquiry.
>>At present we are undertaking verification checks with your Embassy, >>and are
>>awaiting the reply from them. Until such time as they reply we are >>unable to
>>advise you further.

>>Kind Regards,

>> D Wilson

Dear D Wilson,

I am calling up daily to HO, and they are replying same that

"We are undertaking verification checks with your Embassy and are awaiting the reply from them, until such time as they reply we are unable to advise you further"

You ask how much time they normally take to do verification check in local embassy?

Normally HO take 5 weeks for verification, My friend got his approval letter this month within 1 month without verification. Anyhow yesturday HO beautiful lady told me that they are taking 15 weeks.

Dear you should calm becuase, I am 100% confirm that HO sent those applications for verification to Embassy which are fullfilling approval critaria, otherwise they simply reject. My some friends are also waiting decision from 3 months.

Best of luck.

Regards

Nadeem

Dear Nadeem

Have they verified all of your docs including degrees, experiences etc..?
Some body told me that only work experience is verified and not the degrees. If they start verifying all the degrees it will become a very long and complictaed process. Can Moderators guide us about the mode of verification. Is it phone, Fax or corrier.
Thanks

Delay In Process

Post by t4tahir » Tue Jul 04, 2006 3:08 pm

Hi Nadeem ,

If You have Claimed the Salary Points and sent your National TAX Returns to Claim Salary Points then for sure they will confirm it , as alot of pakis send fake TAX returns to Home Office and they are aware of that. thats why sometimes TAX Returns take time to be verfied from TAX Office in Pakistan.

Hi
I don't know which kink of my documents they are verifying. As i know it's totally depends to case workers that which supporting documents they verify. HO sent supporting documents to BHC (British High Comission) and then they send supporting documents to relevant departments for verification.

BHC verify experiences on phone.

Nadeem

I am also of the opinion that tax returns are not verifiable in Pakistan because of its complicated process. However they can verify NTN number online which is possible at CBR web. They can verify degrees but it can also be a time taking process.

Pay slips and salary certificate are not sufficient for proof of past earnings. It must also accompany the tax return and what is procedure & time frame of verifying tax return we all discussing people do not know.

While In form they asked us to porvide two evidance atleast
pay slips, evidance from employer, tax return, bank statement.
if we provide first two then thier should be no problem.

so please tell me why income tax return is compulsory.

payslips and evidence from employer are not necessarily the same thing. evidence from employer can include your offer letter which indicates how much your salary will be. i sent payslips and offer letter (plus other employer letters indicating when my salary was increased and by how much) with my application as evidence of earnings and it was approved.

YA i tottaly agree with kurtis becouse one of my friend got approval too on this basis.
In my salary certificate it is mentioned that

His monthly gross salary is Rs. XXX in his last role with us i.e. ‘Post name’.
and then after it they shows the break down of my salary.

So i hope so this is enough for them .

so kurtis what u say.
