SET(M) - payment not taken

Post by tanya111 » Tue Apr 26, 2011 8:39 pm

I have sent my form SET(M) 2 weeks ago. I checked with Royal Mail my application has arrived at the Durham office the next day. No payment has been taken and no case id has been received. From the forum discussions it looks like payment normally gets taken in a couple of days from receiving the documents. I’m just worried that my application has been lost somewhere. Would you advise to contact the Durham office? If so do you know the phone number for them?

Thank you

I just completed a paper version of the SET(M) with my card details there.

OK. I think with the couple of bank holidays we have had recently I think you should wait slightly longer before thinking of making contact.

Hopefully the expected entry on your online credit card statement will appear soon.
