Lost P45

Post by siddhant4u » Wed Jun 01, 2011 12:41 pm

I joined new employer on 6th April and left earlier company on 4th April. Thus I do not have P60 for the tax year 2007-2008. I got P45 from earlier employer however I lost it somehow.

Will it be okay if I submit 12 month payslips instead of P60 for that year? I have rest 4 P60's

(WP->HSMP-> Tier 1-> now ILR)

Should be okay.

Also, just slightly modifying the question in the same circumstance..
I've the payslips which is paid in home country currency including the UK allowance. (Though i was working in the UK). Will that be a problem ?
