Tier 1 Dependent from India.

Hi Team,

I would like to know the process of Tier 1 Dependent from India.
My wife is Tier 1 primary applicant lives in India. We have a baby boy of 3 month old. She is working in India. I am in UK as a dependent and working. Now she want to come to UK with baby after getting his Tier 1 dependent visa.

Check list below is:

1. Tier 1 Dependent Application
2. Primary applicant passport copy.
3. Baby passport
4. Maintenance funds proof 1600+1600 GBP for last 3 months
5. bank letter stating that she maintain the funds
6. pay slips for 12 months
7. Bank statement for 12 months.
8. Birth certificate


Do I have to send any documents from UK like rental agreement, bank statement, or payslip?
